Data processing and analysis are an important part of a clinical
study process. That being said, the quality of services we provide is
a fundamental factor.
All we do is described in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The procedures have been established based on the guidelines of
the Society for Clinical Data Management (Good Clinical Data
Management Practices Version 4.0).

Our SOPs are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
We undergo regular external audits requested by companies we
work with.
A quality management system is not only a list of principles,
procedures and methods but also proper communication within the
team, as well as task and work time management. We achieve this
by using a coherent set of IT tools that let us communicate
efficiently and share information, experiences and ideas.
